Let me first introduce myself
Stefan Weiss, born in the early 60s near Vienna, spent my early years in Austria before moving to Gran Canaria in 1997 due to personal circumstances.
This is where I've found my home.
I never managed to learn a trade because there were too many things that interested me. Here on Gran Canaria, my jobs ranged from time-share OPC, brewery assistant, bricklayer and tiler, to call center agent, until I started my first job in the port of Puerto Rico in 2009.
After a year as a salesperson, I began working as a tour guide on a boat, and in 2011, I earned my seaman's certificate. I devoted the next 12 years to working on various boats with dedication and had the most wonderful experiences.
Outside of paid work, I also devoted more and more time to my great passion, organizing music and cultural events.
And since I moved to Cercado Espino, a beautiful village in the Arguineguin Valley, in 2014, this passion has grown ever stronger.
This is where "CASA KALIMA" was built, which is what I named my little house.
